Clean without soap or crunchy feeling When carpet dries. Technician not pushy and was well groomed and mannered.

I thought the two fellas that came out were very professional and friendly. The system seems to be clean.....no debris falling from the ceiling.

One thing I was surprised at was that they did not take off all of the ceiling vents and clean them. I had to bring the big ladder upstairs to take them down, clean the area around the vents and replace them. I think this should be part of the service.
