I was pleased with my entire Zerorez experience. I was able to make an appointment online, without having to leave a credit card number. I received two reminders prior to my appointment and a courtesy call when the tech was on his way. The tech was nice and professional and answered all my questions. This was my first Zerorez cleaning, but definitely not my last. I had some stains that were over a decade old, and I just assumed they would not come out and they did!

I have been very impressed and satisfied with Zerorez carpet cleaning. We have 2 puppies in housebreaking training. We had two rooms
with some terrible stains. The Zerorez treatment rendered the carpets like new. All I could say was 'Wow!'.

Not just the representative who came out, but even the guy I spoke to in making the appointment - friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Other more "name brand" national service organizations should take several pages from the ZeroRez culture playbook!

Quick and efficient

I used Zero rez because after reading about their method of carpet cleaning it just really made a lot of sense to me about using steam and not soaps as to not have any gummy build up later. Sometimes after carpet gets cleaned by regular methods you can tell it is a little sticky in some places from the soaps and those places collect dirt and cause spots and it's just gross.

My experience with the carpet cleaner was great. He was courteous and professional. I'm very pregnant and he offered to unload a heavy item out of my car for me before he left. That was so kind and it really impressed me. I wish more people were like that.

My carpet was visibility cleaner and I like knowing any germs were killed and washed away. Eventually I will get hardwood floors but for now this was a very great solution.
