The man who came to our home, (Lee), was extremely professional, on time, very accommodating, and very pleasant. I liked the fact that our carpets dried faster than with your competition. He was careful to not damage any walls or other furnishings. I would give you an A, and the gentleman who cleaned our carpets an A+.

Service from start to finish was great! Before the appt the office was very informative about my appointment. The service tech who came to my house was very polite, informative and took his time cleaning and caring for my home. He explained how the cleaning worked and how the enzyme treatments worked as well. Really great experience!

We were very satisfied with the Duct Cleaning Service performed by ZeroRez. We were not happy with the Carpet Cleaning service performed by ZeroRez.

The technicians did a complete and thorough job with the Duct Cleaning and even informed us of a Mold problem that they discovered at our furnace.

Zerorez is in and out. Get the cleaning job done. If there is a stain they will try their best to remove stain and let you know if stain won't come completely out.
