The cleaner was on time, courteous and professional. He cleaned all of the carpet in our offices and did spot treatments on stains, and then he went back over the offices a second time. He did that without me asking him to do it which was very nice and thorough. And even though he was very thorough, it didn't take a lot of time.

I've had some bad experiences with carpet cleaners before so I was surprised and delighted to have such a good experience this time. I will most definitely use Zerorez again.
