This was my first time trying this company, an I’m still trying to decide if I would use you again. So far my carpet looks good. The heavy traffic areas are my main concern, the stains always come back. Overall, I’m pleased thus far with the service I received.

The technician, Brian, arrived on time and wasted no time getting to his job. He was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning my sofa and love seat beyond my expectations. professional team quoting the job and even doing some of the cleaning -- oriental rug removal guys were very professional and quick and they had to move heavy rugs and furniture to do the job --- they were also very careful -- as the cleaning the rug experience the rugs are off now for their bath so i have to answer that in about 10 days -- but the process Zerorez uses sounds state of the art
Zeroez always does a great job cleaning my carpets. I can usually get the time I prefer and they are prompt when they call and say they are on the way. I’m happy to use Zeroez time after time! Happy holidays to the Zeroez family!
I like the fact that Cameron did a very thorough job in cleaning my carpets yesterday. But there were two disappointments. One was having to wait for an hour and a half in a three hour period not knowing when he would arrive. The other was paying $90 for what I thought was a pet spot cleaning operation only to learn afterward that it was for odor and not spots.
The cleaning solution did a good cleaning job. My carpets look great. I like that there is no detergent residue.The technician was efficient and very thorough. He was very knowledgeable about the product and the process. And he made every effort to do the job to my satisfaction. He was very amiable and represented the company very well. I will definitely use ZeroRez again and recommend you to my friends and neighbors.

We were very pleased with the service from Zerorez. The technician was prompt, courteous, and explained the process very well. Although our carpet is 30 years old, the zerorez process cleaned it well.
