Our service person was the absolute Best period! He walked us through the process and gave us tips on how to maintain the carpet. He was also able to remove some heavily stained areas that we were very concerned about. It played a role in making our Party the next day a huge success.

I had a problem with the first technician that came to the house. The equipment in his truck was not working. The time slot that I had was 8-10 AM. The technician showed up at 10:10 AM. No call ahead of time to say he would be late. I called the office and they said that he would be there at 9:30 AM. When he got to my house, I told him about the areas that needed pre-treating and he remarked that they were wear areas and the stains would not come out. His equipment would not work so he ended up not cleaning my carpets. I was somewhat relieved because I did not want him to clean my carpets.

The next technician that came was, Ethan. Very cordial, polite and a hard worker. I can't say enough about the good job that he did. I rated him a 10 for his service, politeness, and caring enough to do a good job. I was very disappointed with the first fellow that came to my house but my faith was restored with Ethan. They only gave me a $20 discount in cleaning my carpets after waiting all day. I had to cancel an appointment that I had at 1:00 PM because of this whole situation. I called customer service to request more of a discount, I will see if they will call me back.

Cleaning was really good. I was impressed from the very beginning. Van looked new, man was well dressed and clean. He took his time and did a great job. My only slight hesitancy to giving a 10 was there was a lot of water dumped out onto my yard. I would have preferred him ask me if it was OK to let that much water run into my yard in that place. I think the van should have a threaded nozzle where you could hook up a water hose to the drain and be able to let the water go in a more desired location.

The technician was friendly and professional. He called before arrival and assessed the work needed and gave me a price. He was thorough and helped move what was needed to clean in that particular area because my husband was not home at the time. The technician informed me of the guarantee and addressed any questions that I may have had. I was informed of the time it would take to dry. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends and will be calling them again for other services such as upholstery and duct cleaning. I will request this particular technician because of his professionalism, courtesy and job performance.
