The technician, Michael (Dempsey?) was on time, explained everything thoroughly, even being somewhat creative in the cleaning pattern! He was pleasant, courteous and was attentive to details. It also helped that Zerorez had referred me beforehand to a competent carpet repair and stretching man, the combination of this plus the thorough cleaning left the 13 yr old carpet looking almost new!
