Unfortunately, too much water was used for my carpet cleaning on March 13th. My technician was very pleasant and answered questions that I asked in regards to both cleaning for my carpet and upholstery.
His arrival time was outside of the scheduled timeframe (10 am - 1 pm). I did like the fact he was able to remove the dirt for the heavy traffic areas in my master bedroom and sitting room.
