I made an appointment for carpet and duct cleaning. Both services were scheduled to be done the same day. The duct servicers arrived exactly on time. They took before and after photos.

An hour later, the carpet servicer called and informed me that he'd be available to arrive early if I were available. I accepted. The servicer was also very professional and explained exactly what he'd be doing.

I will recommend (and use again) the great service that I'd received.

All four of the individuals who worked with me were excellent! They were each professional and friendly. My rugs were cleaned on time and came out perfectly clean. One had male cat urine on it which is hard to remove, and there was no trace of it after cleaning. The color of the rugs looked like they were brand new. Also, the price was lower than I have seen elsewhere. I will definitely use them whenever I need my rugs cleaned again!
