He was honest enough to tell me he was pretty sure it wouldn't come out and asked if I'd like to skip that, as it was rather expensive. I took his advice, and I really appreciated that.

We got our sectional couch cleaned. With 2 little kids our white fabric couch took the hit! But it looks really good now after cleaning.

The technician was extremely nice and explained everything as he did the job. It was a very nice experience.

Both gentlemen were very polite and professional.

Gave me before and after pictures of my ducts, which showed what came out of my ductwork.
Got rid of the old smells that were still in the ductwork from years ago when someone used to smoke in the house.
