Very pleased overall for the professionalism, knowledge and hard work from the Tech that came to my home. His name was Andre R. Very polite young man. I showed him around what needed cleaning, my concerns, a couple of problem spots where a “pup” accident or spill. He was fully knowledgeable about the kind of carpet I have and is hard working and takes pride in this work to make sure you’re pleased with the overall work when finished and what to do should any “spot” reappear. Advised me what to expect for drying time, tips to avoid any slick spots while drying and estimated drying time. He was totally “on point”!! He should be recognized for his great customer care, attention to detail and taking pride in his work. Would recommend him! Regarding the product itself, I’m totally pleased with the outcome! Carpet looks new again, spots gone, smells great, dried completely in 4-5 hrs. “Feels new when running my hand over it after drying and now sev. days later. “Feels” clean with no underlying “residue” feel. From making an appointment to the arrival of the service tech; the explanation of charges for service requested; to the efficiency of the task to be done being light and easy is exceptional. But perhaps the best part has been meeting the personnel that are not just the best of people, but are trustworthy and equal to be extended family members.

I was very pleased with Zerorez. Brian was my service man who did a fantastic job in cleaning my 3 rooms of carpet. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He suggested that I would add " Scotch Guard" to 2 rooms of high traffic areas. They look beautiful after he applied it .
