The scheduling is easy and the staff on the phones are great. The 30 minute call ahead regarding arrival is perfect. The tech is always pleasant and does a great job. This is not my first visit from Zerorez nor my last. In addition to the carpet I also had another upholstered chair cleaned. Beautiful job.
