You do what you say. I sincerely appreciate the scheduling, available appointments and extra notification of expected time of arrival. I have area rugs and 3 inside dogs; my carpets are returned cleaned, smelling nice and securely wrapped and during the time frame when promised. The service people are very nice, professional and helpful above and beyond. I have had the same gentleman come to my house for the last year which says something about Zerorez and how they treat their staff.

For anyone with pets, Zerorez is the best! We have 5 dogs and 2 cats and I don’t know what we’d do without Zerorez. We rented a home for 2 years. We paid a pet security deposit and I really didn’t expect any of it back. After we moved out, I had Zerorez do the whole house and we got the whole deposit (and the security deposit) back.

No detergent left in carpet and a fresh scent and clean feeling when you walk on it. Technician was very friendly and went above and beyond to help my needs.
