Excellent rep of Zerorez cleaned my carpet - great attitude and worked so hard to get things perfect. Love the no residue concept. I've used Zerorez many times including cleaning my sofa. They are the BEST!
It was a good overall cleaning. I have very light carpet and the technician Tony, paid careful attention to making sure that those areas were scrubbed thoroughly. Usually when I've had my carpet cleaned, those soiled areas reappear within a few days. Those areas have not reappeared. .I also like their 30 day guarantee to re-clean if spots come back. I took advantage of their special and it was worth the savings.
