Thorough job cleaning carpets and removing stains

Reminder the day before and a call about an hour before arriving. Team arrived on time and were efficient in cleaning ducts. Showed photos of ducts before starting and gave me time to get out of house before beginning to clean (because I have asthma that is triggered by mold).

I’m always a fan if Zerorez. I’m not sure all of the dirt came out of the carpet this time. Maybe the dirt dragged in by my dog rubbing along the carpet was too much. It’s cleaner, but not perfect
