Service person did a good job even thought some stains did not come out of the carpet. I believe ZeroRez does not leave the residue to have the carpet get dirtyier faster.

the crew Alex Hinojosa and his assistant were extremely thorough, very professional. Alex answered all of my questions and provided explanations of the process even when I did not ask a question. As the before and after photos show, they did a terrific job. We are very pleased. I have also referred my neighbor who will be calling soon.

The excellence in providing customer service from when your Representative Clyde entered our home to exit. Clyde was very detailed in explaining how to care for carpet after service. I could see the significant difference in how your product cleaned the high traffic areas on my carpet. We are pleased with the outcome - Happy customers!
It makes carpet look new
The service technician (whose name escapes me, I want to say Levon maybe, not sure) did a most excellent job; truly careful and well done. We used Zerorez three years ago and we were unhappy with the result. I'm glad we decided to try again because this time the results were wonderful. Perhaps the technician is the key.
you do what you say;however, the price was higher this time,especially when you don't have to move anything just doing the walkways and stairsbut i will continue to use you.
