Timely arrival, courteous personnel and technician, good service.

I was able to schedule an appointment in short notice and the customer rep who took my call was very friendly. My technician (I think his name was Wes) was also friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the Zerorez process and services. He worked hard to clean 3 rooms, a hall and stairs and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.

Zerorez gas cleaned our carpets annually for the last several years. This year, we sent them with a wool rug. I was nervous, but it came back beautiful! And the cost was very reasonable! They have a lifetime customer in me!
