The service technician deserves a ten. He made an effort to explain and cover each cost, ask any questions he needed to clarify, and was so pleasant. It was a difficult time for him as I had a small emergency to take care of just as he arrived. He handled everything so well!

I'm embarrassed as I thought I had completed this shortly after the completion and hit submit. I'm not sure what happened, but want to make sure he gets the credit!

Person did a great job on Cleaning the carpet. He was punctual, very polite and took all of the necessary precautions. One high traffic area was not as good as I'd hoped, but maybe it was as good as it could get.

Liked the fact that they explained clearly what they would be doing, made no mess in doing the work and were very pleasant to have around while doing the work! They showed me before and after pictures of my duct work and dryer vent which made me feel much better about having this work done!!! I would refer all my family and friends to do likewise! I drove to the Norcross location on Saturday, 11/02, to drop off an area rug to be repaired and cleaned. After I arrived, I found out the office wasn't open, but the guys who were there came outside to help me. They took my rug inside, got my name and number to have someone call and give me a quote when the office opened on Monday. They also got me a bottle of their empowered water. The service was above and beyond the call of duty. I couldn't have asked for better service and truly appreciate the time they took to help me.

Removed all doors from the carpet and I have 5 animals. Lots of stains. Stains only a little better but the stains have been there for a while. Next time will try the recommendation of the stain pad
