Communication about prepping for the visit was good (except for issue below) and alert time for arrival of tech worked well.

Was not super impressed with the office service - I left a message with the person I booked with to call me back concerning getting a specific tech scheduled for my home - he had done a neighbor's place and she highly recommended him - he never called me back. I tried again and he extension message said he was not available - so I just dropped it.

I learned that I had moved more furniture that I needed to - I don't recall being told that they can put pieces of plastic bags under legs of tables and other smaller pieces like that - I had moved most of these off the carpet and it was alot of work for me - live alone, age 75.

It's a week since we had service by Zerorez, and I'm still very pleased. The technician, Brian Hunt was informative and professional. He explained how & what he was going to do, then did it! A great job. I have already recommended Zerorez to my family, who should be calling soon for an appointment!

The technicians were friendly and answered any questions I had. They worked steadily and completed the cleaning in a timely manor. The floors dried reasonably fast and looked nice. Had a couple of stains that did not come out with the cleaning but was pleased with the work. They were careful with not scuffing doors and trim when moving the cleaning lines. I would recommend them to friends.
