There was no strong odor in the cleaning solution for the carpet & therefore no lingering odor in the house. The carpet was thoroughly dry by the next morning, I was happy with that. Steve was our technician. He came within the time slot we were given. He was very polite, thoughtful, helped move a couple of small pieces of furniture. He did an excellent job in removing some stains that were in the carpet. I would recommend Zerorez & call you again.
