It's amazing. Great service technician and technology. You saved my carpet from ruin. I had aleady had my carpet cleaned and there were several stains and the carpet was just still dirty. When the technician told me I should also get the steps clean, which quite honestly was the only somewhat clean part of the carpet, or it wouldn't match the rest of the carpet once cleaned I was skeptical.

But now I am a believer, just water with your equipment really does work. And I thanked the person who refered me to you and I'll see if I can refer someone else to you. Thanks!

I really liked that the technician was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain the me the carpet cleaning process, how long it will take, what to do and not do during carpet drying time and got my approval before and after the cleaning. He showed me areas of concern in my carpet and gave me options for treating them. In addition, he did a very excellent job in cleaning the carpet.
