Your technicians have been excellent representatives of the company. They know what they are doing and they know how to clean a rug. Only one time did you folks ever send out a totally unqualified technician. We reported our dissatisfaction to the company and they sent out anoter technician to complete the cleaning in a satis factory manner. The man who did our rugs recently is. A fellow named CHUCK and he was great. He had the knowledge and experience to clean properly and he delivered. Don't lose him. JFW

VERY EFFICIENT AND FAST

I have used Zerorez several times. Sometime my carpets come cleaner than others and this time I have decided it is the work of the person doing the cleaning. Jason came in and looked at everything to be done, asked questions and then got to work. In our conversation Jason told me he had been with the company for three months. I certainly hope Jason enjoys his job because I plan to use him every time. I was not aware that you could book a certain person to clean my carpets. Definitely the best job of cleaning that we have ever had. We will certainly be asking for Jason when we do our next cleaning...
