Customer service and the quality of services we receive are always top notch.

On time, courteous, did an excellent job!

This is the third time I've used your services and I'm always satisfied with the results. The staff is professional and do an awesome job.

Everything was great, except we had a difficult situation. Our dog had peed in our guest room while having a urinary tract infection, and it smelled terrible and very strong. Zerorez came out and cleaned the whole rug which was great, but the spot remained a problem. So they came out a second time under warranty, and treated the spot with a pad extractor. We thought that solved the problem and were extremely happy, but the spot still shows significantly with a blue light and there is now a strong odor of cleaner and urine. We are going to have to replace the carpet unfortunately. Other than that, we would use Zerorez again for basic carpet cleaning.
