I have only had one service. Air duct cleaning and as far as i know it went well. The only negative thing was i was informed the motor was dirty and yet not included in my call unless i wanted to pay an additional 200 dollars. This should have been discussed before the service day. They took pictures but could not clean. Not happy about that.

Our technician did a fantastic job when he came out to clean our carpets! We had multiple issues that needed to be addressed, including pet stains/odors, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely be using Zerorez again and am happy to recommend them to anyone!

On time, courteous, and did a good job. We've used Zerorez for a number of years. Somehow (even with the "specials") we always seem to end up paying over $200.00 each time they come. There are so many fees added on....the fees should be specified when signing up for the "deal" so we know what to expect.

The techs that come out are always very courteous, timely, accommodating, and professional. Trell was awesome!
The cleaning method is great as well. Without using a ton of chemicals, my carpets and sofa manage to come out looking and smelling great every single time. We can always count on ZeroRez to deliver a high level of quality and professionalism any time they come out. It has been refreshing to receive great service so consistently, we are never disappointed!
