Carlton B did a great job. He explained what he was going to do and what was needed. He was very thorough explaining the procedure of what he need to do. He told me the price and told me that the decision was totally up to me. He didn’t pressure me to buy anything . I would certainly use his service again.

My carpet looks and smells amazing. Steve did a great job, best customer service ever. Service did not take long, my carpets were dry exactly when he said they would and I am so pleased with the overall experience. I recommended both Steve and the company to my neighbors.
