I was looking forward having my 3 rooms cleaned and my 4 area rugs picked up to get cleaned. When I signed up at the home show I was told 2 guys would show up and move all my furniture so just pick up the small and breakable pieces. One guy named Bryant came and it was almost dark when he showed. He knew NOTHING about rugs to be picked up and said 2 people never show up except in training. I was in tears. Bryant spoke to his manager about my questions and he stayed very professional the whole time. The $3 square ft price was more than the $1.99 price I was quoted but Bryant had the price reduced 25% and no delivery charge (another price I was not told about). My husband had rotator surgery the day before so he could not help me at all. I am in Physical Therapy because I need my neck fused so I am NOT suppose to pick up or move furniture but I did. It is Sunday night and I am still putting stuff away. So, what was promised and what was delivered are 2 different things. Bryant did a nice job but the dog pee stains showed back up in the dining room in the morning. I should have rescheduled because it was getting dark and even with lights on, stains do not show up until daylight. Because of BRYANT, I let him clean my carpets. He is a CLASS ACT and needs to become management. You have a very loyal and knowledgeable man in your company. My neighbor next door came over tonight and I told him that Bryant was wonderful and went above and beyond for me. I gave BRYANT A TIP AND HE HANDED IT BACK TO ME. That has never ever happened before. Please keep him around and let your phone screeners know the prices and rules so you won’t have another customer like me so upset. MaryEllen Vaden

The technician was on time, very respectful, and had no problem with explaining every step he would take in cleaning my carpets. He was child friendly and pet friendly and so was his services. My carpets were dried in no time like he said and we didn't have any crunchy residue. Overall I was satisfied with the experience and wouldn't hesitate to have it done again.
