Carpet looks and smells great
Our technician was excellent. Polite and efficient she cleaned our carpets and answered our questions clearly. The carpets were ready to walk on in just a few hours and we did not have to worry about any residual effects on our 10 week old puppy.
Only issue was when she backed up our driveway and left a pretty significant tread-mark in our lawn, made worse by the recent rains. However this doesn't take away from our 10 score for her effectiveness in carrying out the zerorez process.
Will definitively use again in the future!

You all always do a fabulous job. This time around my dogs did a number on our carpet upstairs while we were out of town a few weeks ago. We opted to treat the odor and stains and our carpet has been restored to its original condition. The technician provided a lot of tips, tricks and education regarding ongoing carpet care in-between treatments. I will continue to enthusiastically call Zerorez for all of my carpet, air duct and flooring needs.

I like the fact that y'all do not use chemicals. That your pricing seems very fair and that the service tech always reviews the work and charges before any work has begun. Your techs have always been very friendly and prompt. It is also very nice to receive that phone call 30 minutes or so before Zerorez shows up for the appointment!

Our technician Carlos was amazing, took great care and pride in his work, and he gave us SO MUCH information about how to take care of our carpets and get stains out. We got a bottle of the ZeroRez spot cleaner and ended up needing it the next day; the dog went all over our freshly washed carpets that same night. I’d been looking forward to clean carpets for a long time so I was devastated and homicidal. The Zerorez spot cleaner spray saved me and took out about 90% of the stains on the first try and 98-100% of the stains on the second try. The carpet was 99% restored to what it had looked like after Carlos finished. This is the only reason we still have a dog.
