I really liked the service rep. He was friendly and participated in brief conversations on a variety of topics. He explained how to dry the carpet and no previous rep has done that. The information was useful. However, other reps from your company have shared info on other topics relating to carpet care, which I also appreciate. This rep did not rush through his work but seemed to take time to do a good job. I will say that a previous rep was able to make the living room carpet, which is old, look very good whereas it didn't look as good this time. But, like I said, it is old.
