Quality service products that cleaned my carpet. I was pleased with the outcome. The only problem I had was my technician didn't clean my bedroom closet in my master rm because I was busy making sure he properly cleaned the floors thoroughly in the other rooms. The manager never called me back to reschedule while on the phone discussing the area that wasn't cleaned when he hung up and never called back to reschedule the cleaning of my closet in my master bedroom which was a very small area.
