Very professional and the technician finished the job in a timely manner.

The products are great because they do not use harsh chemicals. I have a small dog and small children that visit and play on the ground. The best part was the customer experience and professionalism with the two reps/techs that where sent to my house Tyson and his coworker did a great job and I will request them for additional cleaning as well as refer your company based off of their empicable work and customer service

Tech was very informative and professional. My carpet is about 15 years old and I have to say my carpet looks really great.

Friendly technician and timely with even a 25 minute "heads-up" call before arriving. The best part is our floor hadn't looked this clean in all the time we have lived here. There is a pleasant aroma that lingered for a while from the cleaner that was used. We were all impressed. :)

We have used Zerorez before. We had high expectations of the service we would get. We knew we wanted more beyond the special offer. It was almost as if La Tarrance was caught off guard when we mentioned "Up Sale". I think he was expecting us to be guarded as if we expected a bait and switch, up sale tactic. La Tarrance was the ultimate professional. Polite, well mannered, and projected a seasoned professional confidence.

We have absolutely no complaints about the service and nothing but compliments about La Tarrance. We will use Zerorez again and happy to recommend the carpet cleaning services to anyone wanting a clean, dry and allergen free carpet in their home.
