Easy to book, friendly staff, the representative that came to my home was courteous and helpful. I had forgotten to get my long drapes up. He helped me and was so kind. He asked me about specific problem areas, focused on those and was able to remove stains I thought we would never get up. Made it easy that the carpets we dry after just a few hours. We have used zerorez multiple times and will continue to as long as we have carpet.

The company honored its promises by contacting us with an estimated arrival time and promptly arriving within the scheduled appointment time. And while we initially questioned whether we should solicit the carpet cleaning services provided by Zerorez again, we were even more pleased this time. With the technician Quantavios (sp?) being so extremely knowledgeable and thorough completing the carpet cleaning job, we plan to specifically request him for our 'next' annual appointment. He was GREAT!
