I would certainly recommend Zerorez! They were very promt and professional. The duct team, Daniel and Marco were very honest and quickly informed that I did not need the ducts cleaned. I did purchase the whole house air freshener and filter from them. Then Thomas, the carpet young man was really informative and showed me the work as he was doing the job. I will use then again for sure!

I love that Zerorez is safe for my family. No harsh chemicals or detergents. I also really appreciate the kindness of the service technicians. And of course, my home always looks fantastic after they clean!

Zerorez did an excellent job on cleaning my area rug! I would recommend them to anyone who needs this service. They were prompt and communicated their pickup and drop-off times to help with my planning. I was also pleased that I could buy a rug pad. My rug was 8'8" x 10'.

I absolutely love this company. From scheduling my cleaning to meeting my service techs to seeing the incredible job they do - pretty amazing!

The speed and efficiency of getting the job done, plus showing up on time.

One thing I did not like, and do not like, is an advertised price and then adding on an additional $16. If you are going to charge, you need to advertise that charge as well. That’s the honest thing to do.

Online scheduling was a breeze and time slots were available that fit my preference perfectly. The tech was very nice and explained everything up front, no "hidden" fees. Would use again, my 14 year old carpet (gross, I know!) looks almost brand new, which was very surprising to me because I didn't have high hopes for my poor white carpets. Much cheaper than buying new carpet!
