Wonderful service! My technician was polite and informative. He walked me through the entire process before he began the service, worked efficiently, and got our carpets to look much fresher than I was expecting. I was excited about the results!

Mr. Q did a fantastic job. My husband kidded around with him telling him, we never give a 10 - and honestly he never gives anyone a 10. But Mr. Q worked very hard, he did our carpets and we specially requested that he return to do the tile (grout) in our kitchen. What a complete transformation of our kitchen, it is so much brighter. Background: Our half bath had a repair work and we had to have several tiles replaced with new grout which was the correct color but because it was a repair job it looked terrible. Bottom line - it looked like a repair job. When Mr. Q came to clean the carpets he mentioned to my husband that he also does tile/grout and demonstrated a small area to show us what it would look like. My husband was like, "I can do that", and went to home depot purchased three different products. Days and many hours later with little or no satisfaction with "doing it ourselves", we went on line and booked Mr. Q to come back and clean the grout. We could not be happier, even when the contractor who did the work arrived a few hours (after Mr. Q finished his work) the contractor could not believe how bright and awesome it looked. Now the "patch work" is gone and the tile looks just like it was just done. We could not be happier. We have already told many about this service. Keep up the great work.
