The cleaning technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and don't pressure you into buying something you don't need. I called to have my vents cleaned. After they took pictures, the technician said they looked good and didn't need to be cleaned. I have used Zerorez for years on my vents, dryer vent, and carpets. They do a great job and are very punctual!
