Service person (Trell Farley) called me when he was on his way, was on time, professional and courteous. Did a great job on my carpet. Was able to remove several pet stains. Would highly recommend Zeroez and, particularly, Trell Farley.

I have used Zerorex several times for home and office and have been pleased every time. The service is always great and the staff very professional. I prefer Zerorez because I never have those dirty spots resurface like they do with other types of cleaning.

The girl I spoke with to set up an appointment was very polite, informative and thorough!! The technician, Chuck, did a great job and worked endlessly for 2 hours straight. There wer still some spots that didn't go away but we have 3 dogs so that probably is the reason. The carpet is old but in good condition. Thanks for your service and we will be sure to call you back next year!

I appreciated all of the instructions on what to do to prepare for the cleaning and how to take care of the carpet once it was clean. Although the carpet was damp, it didn’t leave a sticky feeling on your feet when you stepped on it.

Ed and Brandon were professional and took the time to explain how the duct cleaning process is done.

The only negative was the cost of cleaning the blower wheel and coil, a $150 adder for each furnace for a process that only took minutes.
