Service was great. My carpet is old but made it look really good.
Called to say they would be here in 10 minutes during the block of time they said they would arrive.
It took just over an hour to do 3 rooms and hall.
The gentleman was very nice.

Greg was great! He’s friendly, and he got the job done. He was also good at setting expectations about certain stains which I appreciated to know, although that was far from the focus. My main objective was having clean, sanitized carpet after an unruly house guest lived there, and I have to say it feels so much better. The smell of the cleaning solution is also delightful. I’ll continue to use Zerorez like my family has done for years.
