The effective cleanliness/deodorizing of the carpet without the use of alot of chemicals and water. This is my 3rd time using service. I've recommended someone else and they were very satisfied as well. With my home being older (smaller rooms with furniture), there's not too much to clean. Maybe pricing should be adjusted according to cleaning square footage.

It's been a month and the carpets have help up nicely. We have a dog and a toddler! Great smell too!

My carpet looks and feels brand new! The carpet took a lot longer than expected to dry - was still wet 36 hours after the tech left. Also, pet odor remained even after the pet treatment. However, we have three unruly dogs and I wasn't expecting a miracle. I am extremely happy with the outcome of the cleaning and I will definitely use Zerorez again!

Felt company very good at notifying you as to when they would be at your home. Edley Lane was the person who cleaned my carpet, very respectful young gentlemen. Came in with Mask and gloves, showed me areas of concern. Took time explaining how their cleaning material were used. Would have them clean carpets again in future.
