I have used ZeroRez for several years, 2Phone number removed. I have not been dissatisfied at all. From the initial appointment to the completion of the job everyone has been friendly, courteous and thorough.
My most recent carpet cleaning was on 9/25/20. Carlos was the technician. He was kind, respectful and explained each step. He was also honest about a few stains in the carpet that may come out, like the slime smeared in my daughter's bedroom carpet.
I definitely have and will recommend ZeroRez to anyone.
On a side note, we had moved to Birmingham for a few years and and I was so bummed that ZeroRez did not have an office in my Alabama.

Both technicians were very pleasant and they did a great job! I’ve recommended you to my neighbor. I do wish the high traffic areas on the first floor would have come up a little cleaner.

We had our ducts cleaned on Sept 10. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed us before and after photos showing how clean they are now. He did an excellent job.

On Sept 24th we had Zerorez come and clean our carpets. Again the technician was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. The carpets are beautiful now - he did an excellent job also. We will recommend Zerorez to all our family and friends.

Thoroughness and professionalism. Technicians worked extremely hard to ensure proper cleaning.

We had our grout cleaned. Multi tears of dirt build up, yellow stained and Zerorez brought it back to snow white in color. We were totally amazed and happy at the results. Our service man was on time, in uniform and very knowledgeable about his product. We have used Zerorez in the past for carpets, but wow the remarkable job cleaning our grout has us amazed.
