My carpets are now spotless. I particularly like the tracks on the carpet that the cleaner leaves when the work is done. He also was expedient and worked fast under my time restraints. There was some confusion with the schedule but he was able to get the work done. GREAT JOB!

Zerorez came out a second time with no questions asked to do a second sanitizing treatment. They did an excellent job the first time but there was a deep smell from when animals lived in the space previously. Now the smell is gone and I can enjoy the room!
