First of all, I apologize for the delay in sending this "praise report"; I had to attend to some work-related deadlines. The name of the technician who serviced my home was Deparr (I hope this spelling is correct).

Deparr was extremely courteous and gracious when he entered my home, spoke to me, looked around at the areas that needed cleaning, and explained to me what he would do. After attending to the areas, he asked me to inspect the areas and asked if I was satisfied. INDEED I WAS, with BOTH the cleanliness of my carpet and the quality of the considerate service I received from the technician. I do plan to call ZEROREZ again and again and I will put in a special request for Deparr, again and again!
