We had Zerorez clean carpets in several rooms and the tile in our kitchen and master bath. Each of the areas of carpet look great; refreshed, several spots removed, and much brighter.

This was the first time that either of the rooms of tile had been professionally cleaned after 19 years. The grout in the kitchen was dark from years of use. Zerorez did a phenomenal job cleaning the grout! It is much lighter now and looks like new!

We couldn't be happier with our experience and will definitely use Zerorez again in the future!

The technicians was personable and protected the area (the baseboards from his equipment) where he was cleaning. He also explained what he was doing and asked about including a protectant for the furniture.
He did not take a long time and cleaned up after completing the task and showing me the results.

I was not pleased with the latest representative that cleaned our home. The carpet was not cleaned good like previous visits. It was like he ran the machine over the space but no effort to ensure carpet was cleaned.

She went over them again while I watched and I really appreciated that. I felt she work extremely hard to get my carpets clean and to make me pleased with the results. she was great.
