The carpets feel nice and soft. They don’t feel gummy and I feel like they are chemical free. They dry quickly and the spotting was good however probably need to take a little bit more time and scrub a little harder, but all in all the technician was wonderful and my carpets really do look 10 times better. Eldy was my technician and I would give him a 10 out of 10.

The cleaning that was done was just incredible! So many stains are gone, the smell is gone, and most or best of all is that they came back a few weeks later to treat a spot that I forgot to tell them about in the first place!!! They are amazing and wonderful and the service is such a great value!

Took less time to complete the job than expected.

I had my carpets cleaned by Terrell who did a great job. I referred my sister who had the same service the very next business day. Mine cost approximately $200 more for the same service. I would like someone to call or email and explain that to me. Also, the very next business day, after my carpets were cleaned, you were next store at my sister's house and my dog went to the bathroom on my freshly cleaned carpet. I asked if your guy could walk right next door to spot clean that one place and you said it would cost me $50. I am very upset at your customer service.
