Zach Rhiger helped me with a previous issue and the experience was amazing. He was so nice by meeting us at the register and letting us know if we needed anything to let him know. He provided us with a fresh and hot popcorn and drink. We had the best time watching our movie because we felt like movie stars ourselves with the way he treated us. Thanks Zach!!
Friendly staff and clean facility
The first thing I like about my Santikos experience is the friendly staff, from purchasing my tickets, to my interaction when ordering food for my family. Everyone always has a smile. I really want to give a shout out to the cooking staff, the food is always great. There was this onetime when one of your employees went out of his way to fix a problem with my pizza purchase, by cooking it a little longer, because my pizza slices seemed very soft. He placed my pizza in the stone oven to cook a little longer. That was very thoughtful of him and I thank you for his hiring. Second, your theaters are always very clean and when the show is over, my family and I appreciate how we are met by your staff at the theater exit, thanking us for our visit and wishing us a good day and a farewell. I will always recommend to my friends and family to pay a visit to Casa Blanca theaters at Alamo Ranch and Santikos theaters in general. I thank all your employees for everything they are doing and wish them well. Once again, thank you for allowing me to express my gratitude and have a great day.

Everything. Good timing there nobody was in there. Food good. Dranks. No one checked our tickets which was different

We love our local Santikos cinema (Casa Blanca). It is clean, and the workers are friendly. I also appreciate that Santikos hires people with different abilities; the inclusion is appreciated.

Easy to purchase tickets!
Great sound and Screening availability. I like the smaller theaters more for my child who has autism. Only recommendation would be to maybe consider replacing the seats. Some seats are torn or really worn down.
