I always have a good time here. No complaints. The $5 Monday for military/responders and $5 Tuesday is always a delight. The customer service is at the kiosk when buying tickets are super polite and informative. The no waiting on food and I can just my seat to wait for a text message when it’s ready is even better. Once I’m done if I feel up to it I can bowl a few frames.
Ease of tickets
The frozen margaritas; some of the most delicious in all of San Antonio. Cultural staple of the city and a must-have for any movie lover. I also love that Santikos hosts Military/First Responder appreciation nights. It's an honorable gesture for our defenders and I truly hope they can take time to enjoy a movie night with their loved ones.

However, I must say when did matinee prices begin after 5pm? That was a bit of a shock.
Casa Blanca is starting to show a bit of wear-and-tear. Hopefully some steam cleaning is in the horizon to step-up the cleanliness.

Food was ready at a timely manner. Food was also delicious and nice and warm. Establishment was clean.
The theater was empty when we arrived so i expected our reserved seats to be cleaned. The trays on our row were all dirty as if someone literally ate their food off of the tray. Be better and make sure the “young” kids employed actually do their job and clean these things.
Nice clean theater. I just wish you had the traditional nachos instead of that pre-bagged nachos. I miss the nice hot nachos you use to serve.

I had a good experience with Santikos Casa Blanca. I always enjoy this theatre when I attend.
Multiple things: nice seating, good food, great customer service, affordable prices, your reward program, also like the feature of having our food delivered to us. Love that you coca cola products. The list goes on, I just love Santikos and since moving on this side of town Casa Blanca has become our go to.
Local theater, good parking, normal concessions, comfortable roomy seats.
