It's a nice theater I like that I can put my own butter on my popcorn I like that my grandkids and I can get refills on the icees. I like that it has bowling and video games arcade games the bathrooms are clean

I love the way the theater is laid out, lots of walking room, and ample lighting for walking in the dark. The bathrooms are always clean and tidy! The employees are very friendly and professional! Snacks and drinks are always fresh and tasty!

I love to go to Santikos Alamo Ranch, they have a good deal on Tuesdays.

Friendly staff clean theater

I originally left feedback on a not so great experience I had at the theatre. One of the production managers reached out to me after reading it and expressed his apologies over the matter. This showed me that we are not just paying customers but that they value our feedback and want to do better. This gained a lot of respect from myself towards Santikos. I will continue to choose this as my preferred theatre and provide feedback when necessary (since it’s not pushed under the rug like many other companies)
