Convenient locations, decent priced stuff, discount days. If I had to say anything bad honestly it would just be regarding the mystery movie Mondays at casa Blanca. Usually they’re booked in recliner-less auditoriums but I think if we’re going to risk our time watching a movie we may not like or wanted to see in the first place we should at least be a little more comfortable doing so

I love Santikos. I go to Casa Blanca. The theater is bright, clean, and spacious (including the bathrooms). The staff is always friendly!
it was fairly clean. Though crowded. Which was to be expected on a summer afternoon. The popcorn was great. The movie was great. What else can you want?

My family frequents Casa Blanca monthly. We had a fantastic experience last night at F1. Great movie, great reclining seats, great snacks! Last week the movie theater was warm for Elio, and Zachary Rhiger offered us complementary tickets to make up for the unfavorable temperatures. Zachary provided exceptional customer service. He responded quickly to my emails and greeted my family when we arrived. Last night the theater was so cool the boys bought two blankets! Thanks again, Zachary! See you next week.

The theater is fairly new which makes it nicer to enjoy the latest movies.
Purchased my ticket on line. Get to theatre, 30 minutes before movie starts. All theatres are always very clean. Excellent customer service from staff at food counter. All employees very friendly. Would definitely recommend this theater.

I absolutely love the customer service provided. The facility is always clean and most importantly I love the point so gain from being a Santinko member!!! Only piece of advice is to maybe have the a.c. On just a little higher. It felt stuffy in there with the amount of people in the auditorium.
The Casa Blanca location feels like the space is big and comfortable. The seats and the bldg gives you a great feeling. I love that you guys have open subtitle options, since i can get the whole dialog and understand the whole movie like that. I wish there were more showings like that.
Only thing is I feel it is a little steep on prices. I wish Santikos would follow AMC or REGAL or drafthouse that have monthly memberships to see as many movies as you want. This way I would surely come in more often and still spend some $$ on groceries for the movie.
Clean, great sound and visual. Nice play to hang out before your movie to buy a drink or even have a meal before or during your movie. I’d like to see a manager physically do reoccurring visits in the woman’s restroom. My wife said it was pretty dirty inside the woman’s restroom. Vomit on the floors and toilet. Nothing was really cleaned up. Mens bathroom was decent looking.
