The overall experience is pleasant. Using the app is so convenient and I can get the seats I want. Went on a Tuesday so it was nice to be able to take advantage of the popcorn and drink specials. I also love that the Casa Blanca theater is so clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The best part is having a comfortable recliner. It takes the experience over the top for me! I love Santikos!

Overall my favorite Cinema of all time, with the prices of going to the movies today the experience needs to be great as well as the movie, Santikos always represents itself above the rest .
If I had one criticism, during the summer hours maybe then the ACs on during the previews so we can be more comfortable when the movie starts, the heat i. Some of the theaters can be bad..
