Santikos employees are the best. They always greet you with a smile and are very friendly at the concession stand and when checking tickets before entering a movie. Also, the theatres are reallly clean and I like that!
I liked how easy it was to use the kiosk at the location, sign in to my rewards account and purchase my ticket. The price for a matinee ticket on Tuesday was also great.

The theatre and staff are everything I would expect to find in a theatre
Clean theaters, nice seats that are not torn, carpet does not smell or have stains and sliding chair tables are perfect!

We love the whole experience. We got there an hour and a half early. Had some beer and food at the bar. Bar tender was super nice. Then we bought our popcorn and soda and enjoyed the movie. Everything is always so clean and comfortable.

Employees were super nice about it, but the last 2 times we visited this location, my tickets could not be found and printed via the kiosks. If you're a scrapbooker, ticket stubs are a bit important. Instead, I had to get them in the form of printed receipts.

Clean and efficient
I did order food cheeseburger and fries. The fries were cold and hard. I had to ask for fresh fries and the girl who helped me wanted to see the fries first before she would order a fresh batch. You should train your staff to empower themselves to make these decisions without making the customer feel like they are doing something wrong.
Love the environment and staff. Love that they give back to the community. Outstanding place to view a movie, go bowling and relax.
