The staff is polite and helpful.
The buildings, theaters and bathrooms are clean.
Popcorn is delicious and fresh. They have a refill line especially for the large popcorn refill!
Santikos offers discounts which are much appreciated.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Great customer service!
The theater we were in was not as cold as usual which we appreciated. It’s generally way too cold to enjoy without taking a blanket.
Popcorn was great but concessions area was not kept up with at all. Needs attention more often.
Restroom wasn’t as clean as usual either. We were there on Halloween and it wasn’t busy at all so keeping up with areas shouldn’t have been a problem,
We do love our neighborhood theater though. 🤗

We love the friendliness of staff, cleanliness of theater, food, and Tuesday specials. I try to gather a group of ladies together once a month when a girl flick is showing and we have a fantastic time !!!

Santikos Casa Blanca is my favorite movie theater. It is clean, shows latest movies, associates are very nice and knowledgeable. A wonderful environment all together.
