I love the size of the theaters and the seats are in good condition. The drinks are good and food is not bad. The nachos have been hit and miss, but they always pop fresh popcorn.

It’s the closest theater to me. We are big movie watchers and we enjoy the environment. The staff are polite and seem genuine. The only thing I wish Casa Blanca had are those theater rooms in the palladium. Where it’s a little more private. The last few times I’ve gone people had their phone on and texting. I don’t feel it’s reinforced enough.

Ever since Casa Blanca opened it has been my preferred theater for myself and family to watch movies. Santikos is an excellent community leader and sets a high standard for other companies in the San Antonio area.

The staff is friendly and quick to help. The staff at the bar are friendly and professional. Expecially Nicole and Jose. They work really hard to help and explain the services and limits.
The theater is always clean. The food is a little expensive but they have Mon and Tue specials.
