Only thing I would change is that it seems like the movies have gone WAY lower in the volume which kind of takes away from the experience of wanting to go out to a theater. I want to go to the theater and hear and feel that rumble no matter the movie. Its a big bummer but im a die hard fan of a theater just wish that would change.
The movie theater is always very clean. I like $5 Tuesdays bcuz I get tickets and buy from the concession stand so it adds up. Seating is very comfortable.

The theatre was clean and staff was friendly. What I didn’t like was that the pretzel was super hard and not edible. I was afraid it would crack my teeth. Never ordering one again. That was ridiculous and a little disappointed with my order.

I enjoyed having an alcoholic drink while watching the movie, along with the popcorn and having to relax by using he reclining chair.

I had a slightly disappointing experience with Casa Blanca last time I was there. I typically take my wife on Military Mondays and accidentally picked a time that didn't qualify for that discount.
However, despite it being my mistake, the assistant manager went above and beyond. He offered 2 complimentary tickets and a mega combo on my next visit.
I can't thank him enough. It's employees like this that make Casa Blanca the best movie theater in San Antonio.
Of course, I will continue to come here and I highly recommend Casa Blanca to anyone looking for a great movie theater.
Even aside from the great customer service, which I've experienced from all staff there, the theater is always clean and well kept. The popcorn is my wife's favorite, along with the hot wings.
Just about everything at Casa Blanca is near perfect, as has remained so throughout the near dozen times I've watched movies there.

It’s is spacious when you walk in. The guest services are helpful when I need to visit. The bar area is nice and the servers are great. Food is ok, but it’s nice to eat and watch a movie. Overall we keep coming back so we love this place.
