It was nice and clean and the experience was ok, but more expensive than advertised. The only thing is that on Military Monday it seems that there are only certain seating inside the theaters that are honored with the special. If we had known that was the case we would stayed home and watched the new movie in our own Home Theater. We will probably not be going to any more of the Military Monday deals since we can be more comfortable at home in our nice reclining theater seats and rent the same movie for $19. We just thought we would go to Casa Blanca since we were already running some errands. Also, since the theater was very empty, Santiko's may want to revisit its policy of limiting theaters for the Military Monday specials. Especially since we have already told all of our Military friends and family who live here locally of our experience. The theater is nice, but it will be nice and empty with an emphasis on seating limitations after you get people in the doors.

It’s always a friendly atmosphere and clean. We’ve never encountered any problems and anytime we had issues with our tickets, we were accommodated.

Overall my Wife & I were very pleased with our movie experience. We were comfortable and handicapped seating was available.

I LOVE that you all offer those Tuesday deals. Its more manageable for someone that likes to go often when there are good movies. The staff was super friendly and respectful.
Only thing I would change is that it seems like the movies have gone WAY lower in the volume which kind of takes away from the experience of wanting to go out to a theater. I want to go to the theater and hear and feel that rumble no matter the movie. Its a big bummer but im a die hard fan of a theater just wish that would change.
The movie theater is always very clean. I like $5 Tuesdays bcuz I get tickets and buy from the concession stand so it adds up. Seating is very comfortable.
