The overall experience
I never have to wait in line for anything! The ticket counters and concession stands are always fully staffed and I can walk in, pick up my tickets, get my popcorn, and get to my seat in no more than 5 minutes.
The theaters are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly.

I didn't have to wait in line at the concessions, I walked right up and she took my order. The bathrooms were very clean. I stopped one of the young ladies and asked for help. She was very pleasant and answered my question and seemed happy to help me.
