Love the theaters with the recliner chairs, wish all of them had the chairs, especially the ones with the little side tables. Also love the theaters with food/drink service.

Everyone was very nice and the bathrooms were very clean!!
I just had back surgery a few months ago and this was my first at the movies since having the surgery done, and the seats were amazing and so very comfortable!! Really made the movie that much more enjoyable!!

The ease of purchasing tickets along with the rewards program. I also like the many options we have for food, rather than the basic popcorn and nachos. The seats are great. Very comfortable and spacious. Overall it's a great experience for a date night or family night that you could enjoy with dinner that I would recommend to all.

The personal service, the prices during the day. The night time prices are a bit much and should be lowered. The fact that I can earn points to get rewards to use toward the purchase of other items.

One suggestion, In England, we were able to buy a pass for our family to go to a certain movie chain. You should do the same. If we pay a monthly fee I would go every month. Right now I have a family of 6 plus my mom and sister make 8. The moves can cost between $65-$90+ for all of us to go in one day, so I don't go that often. If I paid like $5.00/per person monthly I would go more often whether there is a movie I want to see or not. (I don't know how it works out financially, but I believe that the number of movies we could see was not limited over there but I just used monthly as an example.)
